I AM BACK!

Hello, My name is anna I got married to the love of my life on 06/29/2015. Even though this was not the wedding that I had imagined growing up, It is still one of the best days of my life. Me getting married and the fact that we are currently filling his petition for his 601A is what made me feel like I should do my own blog. after having a pretty incompetent lawyer I found myself searching online for help as to what to do for his I-130 application and now the 601A. Unfortunately I didn't think about the blog during the creation of the I-130. It was a good packet. The lawyers that my husband hired failed to properly guide us. They gave us a list of very basic documents and they said they would handle it. They did not... soon we learned that immigration was requesting an in person interview. This was veery nerve wrecking. we were told that they needed additional information. RFE is the name for this. This is when i decided to step in and get informed on my own. At the end of the day, this is my husband and who is the one that has the most interest in getting this solve? US. With the new president, lawfirms are filled daily with worried people seeking their services. I knew they could care less what the outcome was. That is when I did everything and it ultimately ended in approval.
